How do I place my order?
To place an order on the STELLA FOREST store, simply browse the site by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can browse by type of item or by universe. Then choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to cart". Once your products are in the cart, you can check the contents of it by clicking on the cart, then follow the instructions by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. Your order is prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours, then handed over to the carrier depending on the delivery method and the country you have chosen. Delivery times are then between 2 and 5 days after your order is handed over to the carrier.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address on your account, followed by an order confirmation email. The order will then be processed by our preparation team within the next few hours. You can track the preparation in your customer account under the "orders" section.
- State in preparation : your order is being prepared by our logistics team
- Shipped status: your package has been handed over and taken care of by the carrier, delivery is in progress. You can then track the delivery of your package by clicking on the tracking number provided for this purpose.
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 72 hours (while stocks last, excluding commercial transactions). It is then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and country selected. Once your order is shipped, an email will be automatically sent to you, and you can also track your delivery in real time using our order tracking page.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order. Once payment has been validated, your order will be sent to our warehouse for preparation so that it can be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your package. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will then issue your refund.
How do I use my promo code?
To use your advantage code, we invite you to enter it on the validation page of your basket, in the “ADVANTAGE CODE” box then click on “OK”.
Any discount will then be automatically applied.
The promotional code is for single use only and cannot be combined with another promotional code.
We are unable to refund the commercial benefit associated with a code after an order has been placed. Consequently, we do not accept any claims resulting from misuse or omission.
