At Stella Forest, cotton voile becomes a medium of expression, a textile signature embodied by the Gaia line.
In our range of colored cotton voiles, the suppleness of the fabric and the subtle variations in shades result from a traditional dyeing process, designed to reveal the full richness of the fiber.
After dyeing, each piece is washed in wooden drum machines, with beads, in limited series of 30 to 40 pieces depending on the sizes. The contact with the wood, combined with the gentle movement of the beads, delicately works the material, giving it a soft drape and vibrant, almost organic nuances.
This finish makes each garment a singular, subtly unique piece, true to the spirit of the collection.
