How do I care for my item?

All care instructions are included in the product information sheets on the website and on the product labels. We recommend that you strictly follow these instructions.

How do I choose my size?

The Fitle solution, available on all our product sheets, guides you in choosing the right size.

Simply enter your height, age, and weight, and the algorithm will recommend the best size for you. Don't worry, all information you provide is confidential and will not be shared or sold to any third party.


What should I do if I lose a button?

An extra button is included with most STELLA FOREST items designed with buttons. Unfortunately, we will not be able to ship you new buttons as we do not have stock from previous seasons.


How can I find out if an item is available?

As soon as you can add a product to your cart, it means we have it in stock. In fact, all products visible on the STELLA FOREST website are available for sale.

Products that are not in stock but are available for pre-order are marked "pre-order." You can add these products to your cart and your payment method will be charged as soon as the item ships.

If an item is no longer in stock, please click the "Notify me when it's back in stock" button on the product page. You will automatically receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
